About the Role: As an Evening Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting young adults with neurodiverse conditions to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

Working closely with a caseload of 15 young people at any given time, you will provide intensive support and guidance to help them develop essential skills and increase their employability. Your expertise and enthusiasm will play a vital role in creating a pathway to employment for these individuals.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to young people. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues and external partners.

Work Arrangements: This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week (including evenings and weekends) based in Liverpool. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and want to make a real difference in your community, we encourage you to apply.
