We are looking for a highly skilled Family Support Professional to join our Liverpool-based team.

In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in preventing family breakdown and promoting positive outcomes for children and young people.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:**

  • To assess the needs of children and families, developing tailored support plans that address their unique challenges.
  • To provide expert support to children and families, including counseling, therapy, and practical assistance.
  • To build strong relationships with other agencies, ensuring a coordinated response to meet the complex needs of families.
  • To advocate for children and families, securing essential resources and support to promote positive change.

**To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Require:**

  • A degree in Social Work from a recognized institution, along with registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in a similar setting, ideally in an Early Help context.
  • Sound knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
