Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Family Support Practitioner to join our team in Youth Services. The successful candidate will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of Early Help assessments
- Direct work with children and coordinating TAF meetings
- Multi-agency working
- Experience in duty and assessment, court and child protection
- Liaise with other professionals
Requirements:
- DipSW or equivalent
- Registered with the HCPC
- Current DBS
- Car driver
