Residential Family Support Professional

DigiKape Resourcing is a well-established recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to public and private sector clients.
We are seeking highly motivated Family Support Workers to join our client's family time support work team in the local area.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering family time sessions, working closely with families and partners to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver family time sessions and complete related reports.
- Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies and communities.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular updates.
- Engage with families who require additional support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with families with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
- Proven ability to motivate oneself and work under pressure.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum based on experience.
