Nurse Leader in Residential Care

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader in residential care. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, working closely with the home manager and other members of the care team to ensure that individual care plans are met.

You will have a strong clinical background and experience of working in a residential care setting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
