Care Leader Position
The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Care Lead to join its team in Liverpool. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the home's strategy and ensuring that it delivers high-quality care and support to residents.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the home's staff team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy. Key duties and responsibilities include managing the home's budget, recruiting and retaining skilled care professionals, and building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience managing a nursing home and a strong working knowledge of CQC standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals are also essential. A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector is desirable but not essential.
