Lead Residential Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential childcare facility in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for children and young persons.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement strategies to address the specific needs of each child.
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents, staff training, and facility operations.
- Must have experience within a Deputy or Registered Manager position previously within an Ofsted regulated service.
- Relevant social care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare) and registration with Ofsted.
- Full UK driving license and car.
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year plus a £5,000 bonus.
- Outstanding Ofsted bonus.
- 12 months rent-free accommodation (where needed).
