Community Chemotherapy Practitioner

We are seeking a Community Chemotherapy Practitioner to join our team at Meditalent Ltd in Liverpool. As a registered nurse with experience in administering cytotoxic drugs, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with our client in the community setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring responses to treatment, and educating patients about chemotherapy and potential side effects.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families while working for a reputable company that values its employees. A full UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will need to travel between patient locations.
About the Role:As a Community Chemotherapy Practitioner, you will work closely with our client to deliver care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering chemotherapy treatments
- Monitoring patient responses
- Providing education on treatment options and side effects
- Promoting self-care measures
- Up to £47,500 + paid enhancements & benefits (inclusive of car allowance if applicable)
- Annual Holiday - 25 days plus 8 days Bank holiday
