About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Home Based Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Sciensus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic one-to-one care to patients in their own homes, making a real difference in people's lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan, while sustaining professional standards.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
  • Documenting all clinical data and reporting any adverse drug events via the correct protocol.

  • A competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess a full UK driving license, as regional travel is required.
