About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Home-Based Chemotherapy Care Coordinator to join our team at Sciensus. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care. About You

We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse who is skilled in administering Cytotoxic drugs and has experience undertaking clinical assessments. A full UK driving licence is essential as regional travel will be required to visit patients at home.
