About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Youth Support and Engagement Coordinator to join our Prevention Team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with young people, parents, and carers in school settings to achieve positive outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support plans for young people in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver tailored support plans in collaboration with schools, safeguarding teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with young people to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these.
  • Provide direct support to young people and families in the community, and facilitate access to additional resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £21.31 per hour, based on industry standards and location considerations.
