Job Title: Youth Home Administrator

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Youth Home Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our residential care team. This includes managing documents, coordinating events, and maintaining records.

You will work closely with our directors and operations manager to ensure the efficient operation of our service. Your expertise in administration and customer service will be essential in supporting our care teams and promoting equal opportunities for all.

This is a supportive role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our residential care team
  • Manage documents and records
  • Coordinate events
Requirements:
  • Degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Customer service qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2)
