We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to lead our youth development initiatives. As a key member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning team, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing programmes to vulnerable young people.
Responsibilities- Lead programme delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of outdoor learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine programme content, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to programme participation and outcomes.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with vulnerable young people, preferably in an outdoor education setting.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A generous holiday package, including 30 days annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
- Flexible working arrangements, with opportunities to work from home and participate in remote meetings.
