Job Description

Elysium Associates is a leading provider of social services to vulnerable children and families. We are seeking an experienced Youth Services Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to ensure effective support and advocacy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in social work or a related field and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and professionals.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (£25-£27ph) and a range of benefits, including opportunities for training and professional development.
