About the Role

We are seeking a Youth and Family Services Worker to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. As a key member of our outreach family support service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to children and families in the Liverpool area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of signs and symptoms of Child Protection issues. You will also be able to communicate effectively with children, families, other professionals, and multi-disciplinary organisations, using good written and verbal skills in a wide range of situations.

This role offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, and a range of benefits including a full UK driving licence and access to a car and laptop.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education, National Nursery Diploma (NND), or Health and Social Care qualification required.
  • Experience in direct work with children, young people, and their families.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a multi-agency setting.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate (£18-20 per hour) for this position, negotiable based on experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car and laptop required.
