We are Everton in the Community, a leading UK sporting charity with a passion for making a difference in our local communities. Our Home is Where the Heart (HIWTHI) programme provides placements for young people aged 16-23 who require additional support or have found themselves homeless. We offer intensive 1:1 support to help young people transition into adulthood and live independently.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HIWTHI Manager to ensure young people are recruited, developed, engaged, and monitored according to Everton in the Community guidelines. They will also provide support to in-house residents within the HIWTHI remit, focusing on education, home addresses, and care facilities. This role requires a flexible approach to working unsociable hours, evenings, and weekends as required.
