About the Role- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a nursing home, a strong working knowledge of CQC standards, and excellent communication skills. A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector is also desirable.
Responsibilities- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
- Oversee all records to ensure the home's administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus excellent performance-related bonuses and benefits.
