Our residential home in Liverpool offers a unique chance for a compassionate leader to make a difference in the lives of residents and develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our residential home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards. This includes developing and implementing bespoke care plans for residents, managing respite care services, and supporting the development of your team to provide excellent dementia care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Mentor and support the development of your team to provide exceptional dementia care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in home management within an elderly care setting.
  • Certification in social care management or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
