Job Summary: We are seeking an Employment Pathway Coordinator to support young people with neurodiverse conditions in their journey towards employment.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work intensively with 15 young people at a time, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • They will conduct initial assessments, create personalised pathways, and utilise personal development tools to enhance employability.
  • Supported signposting into other services within the Youth Hub and externally will be provided.
  • The coordinator will also support entry into employment, including post-employment support.
  • A recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to Young People is required.

About Us: Merseyside Youth Association Ltd (MYA) is a people-focused organisation that prioritises children and young people's needs.

Contract Details: This is a fixed-term funded position until 31 May 2025. The role is full-time, with 35 hours per week, and may include evening and weekend work.

Salary: £25,571 - £28,957 p.a. - MYA Grade 5 - Pt. 17-20
