Building Project Coordinator

This Building Project Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a key member of our cost management team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of construction cost management principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer contracts to ensure projects meet their objectives and policies.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to resolve contractual issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost management strategies.
- Ideal degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Ideal professional body membership or equivalent.
- Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Pension scheme with employer contributions.
20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
