We are looking for a skilled Fire Safety Project Coordinator to oversee contracts and ensure all financial and project deliverables are met. Our client is a well-established leader in the fire safety industry, with a reputation for delivering high-quality fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency lighting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial aspects of fire protection installation projects, from tendering through to final accounts.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for fire safety system installations.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, and proven experience in construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects; experience in fire protection is advantageous. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
