About the Role:

We are seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on high-impact fire safety projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of fire protection installation projects, from tendering through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of fire protection installation projects.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for fire safety system installations.
  • Oversee contracts, ensuring all financial and project deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolving any issues and ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Manage risk, control costs, and deliver comprehensive financial reports throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects; experience in fire protection is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on precision and financial accuracy.
