The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in a similar role and relevant degree or master's qualification in fire safety engineering or a related field. Additional certifications such as chartership are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Building Safety Act cases
  • Crafting Fire Safety Strategies
  • Conducting third-party reviews and ensuring project compliance
  • Managing government funding applications
  • Delivering Fire Risk Assessments
  • Acting as an Expert Witness
  • Conducting External Wall Appraisals
  • Providing support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engaging with clients to provide tailored fire safety solutions
  • Driving business development initiatives

Requirements:
  • Strong track record in a similar role
  • Relevant degree or master's qualification (MEng, MSc Fire Safety Engineering or related)
  • Additional certifications (Chartership)
  • Proven experience in team and project management
  • Background in multidisciplinary consultancy


Benefits:
  • The successful candidate can expect a salary of £80,000 - £95,000 per annum
