UK Building Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Building Projects Coordinator to join BUILDING CAREERS UK in their North West business. As one of the leading building contractors in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
This role will play a crucial part in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, as well as familiarity with construction management software and tools, are required. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are necessary. The salary for this role is around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
