Job Overview: Engage young people with neurodiverse conditions in a pathway to employment by providing intensive mentoring, assessments, and personal development support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor 15 young people at a time to enhance their employability and support their entry into employment.
  • Conduct initial assessments and create personalised pathways for each individual, utilising relevant tools and resources.
  • Offer supported signposting into other services within the Youth Hub and externally.
  • Provide post-employment support to ensure successful transition into employment.
  • Possess a recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to Young People.

Company Information: Merseyside Youth Association Ltd (MYA) prioritises children and young people, delivering tailored services that meet their unique needs.

Contract Details: Fixed Term Funded until May 2025, Full Time, 35 Hours Per Week, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Compensation Package: £25,571 - £28,957 per annum, MYA Grade 5, Point 17-20, commensurate with skills and experience.
