Salary Package

The salary for this role is estimated at £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to our care staff;
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained;
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • A recognised qualification in Social Care or a related field;
  • Significant experience working with children and young people in residential settings;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
