Children's Services Coordinator

As a Children's Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the current participation activity within the service. This will involve working closely with other teams to ensure that the Participation Strategy is delivered effectively and that children have a real influence on the services they receive.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in project management and quality assurance. They will also be able to write complex reports and policy documents.
**Key Requirements:**
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in working in a leadership role in Children's Services.
- Strong skills in improving service quality, project management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
