Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and registered children's social worker to lead our Children's Workforce Academy. The successful candidate will have strong experience in children's services, including management and supervision of social workers.

About the Role
  • Lead workforce development from a practice perspective across children's services.
  • Provide leadership to Practice Development Officers and Workforce Coordinators.
  • Recruit, induct, and train team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver robust training programmes across the workforce.
  2. Coordinate, plan, design, and evaluate training opportunities for all learners.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in children's services, including management and supervision of social workers.
  • Good understanding of workforce development and training.
  • Motivated, inspired, and creative working approach.
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid 3 days on site.
  • Inside IR35.
