About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Child Protection Specialist to join our dynamic Childrens Services team at PP Associates Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs and risks of children and families in our community, developing and implementing care plans that prioritize their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Planning
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with family members and other stakeholders.
  • Care Coordination
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for children and families.
  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Maintain effective communication with children, family members, and professionals involved in their care to ensure informed decision-making and timely interventions.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
