Senior Child Protection Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a qualified social worker, you will be responsible for assessing cases, conducting child protection work, and managing a caseload in our Looked After Children's Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and their families
- Developing and implementing effective child protection plans
- Managing a caseload of complex child protection cases
- Liaising with other professionals, including police, health, and education agencies
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and hold a current DBS. You should also have a car driver's license and be able to travel extensively within the area.
