We are looking for a skilled Child Protection Professional to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. As a Home Based Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to assess and address the needs of vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assessing risk and developing care plans to ensure child safety and well-being
* Coordinating with other professionals to deliver effective support and interventions
* Engaging with children and families to build trust and promote positive outcomes
Essential Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience as a qualified Social Worker in a Children's Social Work team
* Strong understanding of child protection procedures and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
