Job Purpose: To act as a coordinator and chairperson for Child Protection Conferences and Statutory Childcare Reviews, ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and chair Child Protection Conferences and Statutory Childcare Reviews, promoting a collaborative approach to decision-making.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals from various agencies, fostering a culture of partnership and cooperation.
  • To provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, enhancing the quality of practice within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field, with significant experience working in child protection or a related area.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
