Job Description: Child Care Specialist

About the Position:
  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of child development and protection, as well as a solid foundation in Health and Social Care.
  • Candidates must have a full UK driving licence, access to a car, and be comfortable working in a variety of settings.

Key Duties:

  • Providing high-quality, family-centred support to empower parents in meeting their children's needs.
  • Working collaboratively with Health, Education, Children’s Centres, and School’s Family Support Service professionals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in effective communication and record-keeping.
  • Sound knowledge of NND (Non-National Diploma) qualifications.

Salary Information:

Estimated Salary: £28-£32 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
