We are seeking a talented Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Broadgreen Day Nursery and Preschool. As a qualified Early Years professional, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational journey of our young learners and make a lasting impact.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £25,200 - £30,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. Our modern facility in Liverpool, L14 3LB, boasts excellent transport links, including onsite parking, nearby bus stops, and proximity to the Broadgreen Train Station.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement educational programs tailored to individual children's needs, promoting their development and progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Implement and enforce high standards of child welfare, protection, health, and safety, adhering to safeguarding policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a happy, supportive, and secure environment for all.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A valid Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and adults.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and related legislation.
