Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our outdoor education team. As a Childcare Professional Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging outdoor activities that promote learning and development. You will work closely with our teaching staff to ensure seamless integration of outdoor play into our curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education
- Proven experience in leading outdoor education programs
- Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
