Nursery Practitioner Job Opportunity
Cressington Manor is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, while also contributing to the overall success of our nursery.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years childcare and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:Maintaining individual learning journals and making observationsWorking collaboratively with other staff members to deliver high-quality care and educationProviding a safe and supportive environment for our childrenParticipating in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years childcare
  • Experience working within an early years setting
  • Key worker skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits
