Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Assistant to join our team at Pick for Britain. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of a delightful young boy who has cerebral palsy.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to ensure the child's physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily personal care activities, developing and implementing engaging play plans, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in working with children with complex health needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A car driver with access to their own vehicle is also essential for this position.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, plus flexible holiday pay and pension scheme.
