Job Title: Childcare Services Director

Competitive Salary: £61,000 (Starting at £50,600 for managing one home)

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and mentoring a vibrant care team.
  • Ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the home and delivery of all care services.
  • Strategically planning developments within the home and managing day-to-day matters.
  • Delivering the organization's vision and values, and providing exceptional childcare to children in the service.
  • Building internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • A true passion for care and working with children.
  • At least two years of experience in children's social care, including a year at a supervisory level.
  • Experience of working in a similar setting, ideally with supervision or management experience.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS and membership of the update service.
