TRC Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our new children\u2019s home in Liverpool. The home is a 2-bed EBD/LD service catering to girls and boys under the age of 16. With recent refurbishments and Ofsted approval, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the residential childcare facility, ensuring exceptional care for residents.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored care plans, and implement strategies to address the unique needs of each resident.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents, staff training, and facility operations.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies, families, social workers, local authorities, and professionals to enhance the overall care and well-being of the children.
  5. Ensure the home operates in accordance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated service.
  2. Relevant social care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare) and registration with Ofsted.
  3. Full UK driving license and car.
Benefits:

Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, plus a £5,000 bonus.
