We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential childcare facility, ensuring high-quality care for children and young persons.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement strategies to address the specific needs of each child.
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents, staff training, and facility operations.
- Collaborate with external agencies, families, social workers, local authorities, and professionals to enhance the overall care and well-being of the children.
- Ensure the home operates in accordance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Must have experience within a Deputy or Registered Manager position previously within an Ofsted regulated service.
- Relevant social care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare) and registration with Ofsted.
- Full UK driving license and car.
