An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Children's Home Manager with 2 years' experience in a role related to the residential care of children to join a well-established home care provider, offering excellent benefits.

As a Senior Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of a children's home, ensuring high-quality care and support for complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home to meet regulatory standards.
  • Leading a team, including deputy managers and support workers, to provide child-centred care.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for children.
  • Ensuring effective performance management of staff, including supervision and reviews.
  • Developing relationships with local authorities and external agencies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a role related to the residential care of children.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills at a GCSE level or higher in English and Mathematics.
  • Full UK driving license.
