Role Description: As an Employment Pathway Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of a youth employment programme focused on supporting young people with neurodiverse conditions.

Key Activities:

  • Develop and deliver intensive mentoring sessions for up to 15 young people, concentrating on employability skills and career progression.
  • Create and implement individualised plans, incorporating assessments, tools, and collaboration with external services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers to secure job placements and provide continuous support.
  • Foster a strong understanding of the local community and establish connections with relevant stakeholders.
  • Possess a relevant qualification to NVQ Level 3 or above in a field related to Young People.

Employer Profile: Merseyside Youth Association Ltd (MYA) places children and young people at the heart of its mission, offering tailored services designed to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Work Schedule: Fixed Term Contract until May 2025, full-time role with 35 hours per week, accommodating occasional evening and weekend work.

Salary Range: £25,571 - £28,957 per annum, corresponding to MYA Grade 5, Point 17-20, based on your qualifications and experience.
