Employment Opportunity:
The Pathway to Employment Facilitator role at Merseyside Youth Association Ltd (MYA) offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with neurodiverse conditions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting these individuals to achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver bespoke programmes to enhance employability and job readiness.
- Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to a maximum of 15 young people at any given time.
- Collaborate with external partners to expand service offerings and opportunities.
- Possess a recognised qualification at NVQ Level 3 or higher in a subject related to Young People.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive salary range: £25,571 - £28,957 per annum (MYA Grade 5, Pt. 17-20).
