Role Overview

At Connex Education, we are seeking an experienced Tutor to deliver one-to-one sessions to students with SEMH SEN needs. This role is ideal for someone who can create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEN needs, holding relevant qualifications in education or support work. They will be able to build rapport and motivate students with varying levels of engagement, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
