Supporting SEMH and SEN Learners as a Dedicated Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our team at Connex Education. As a SEMH SEN Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs and mental health difficulties.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEN needs, holding relevant qualifications in education or support work. They will be able to develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and needs, ensuring engagement and progress in their learning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-to-one tutoring sessions to students with SEMH SEN needs.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and needs.
- Build rapport and motivate students with varying levels of engagement.
