Teaching Personnel is excited to offer opportunities for dedicated Teaching Assistants to work with secondary school-aged students across Liverpool.
This rewarding role is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. A background in Psychology or experience working with vulnerable children or challenging behaviours would be beneficial.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital part in helping students navigate their educational journey, providing academic and emotional support. You'll work closely with teachers and school staff to create a nurturing environment, tailoring your approach to meet individual student needs.
- You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners who need it most.
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about education, resilient, empathetic, and proactive in managing challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will also have an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
The estimated salary for this role is around £18,000-£22,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This position offers personal and professional growth, as well as the chance to work in a variety of supportive schools across Liverpool.
