Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students overcome learning barriers.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
