We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Development Specialist, supporting the successful delivery of the Ormskirk Fit for Mission project.

About the Role

This exciting 18-month opportunity will see you providing efficient project management and administration support to the Navigation Team, Change Lead, and Change Facilitator.

You will be responsible for implementing project decisions, tracking progress, and helping establish a future Support Services function. Additionally, you will work closely with Change Team leads to ensure the project stays on track, prepare documents and reports, and maintain digital filing systems.

Your expertise in traditional and modern communication strategies will be invaluable in this role, and we are looking for a confident, flexible, and professional individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the Ormskirk Fit for Mission pathway, implementing decisions made by the Navigation Team.
  • Track and monitor the progress of the Ormskirk Fit for Mission programme.
  • Help establish the future Support Services function.
  • Liaise with Change Team leads to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Prepare documents and reports, proofread and edit documents written by others.
  • Collect and input measurement data, maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Initiate and maintain a digital filing system (SharePoint).
  • Manage data in compliance with GDPR.
