Project Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Crown Commercial Service (CCS). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your expertise in project delivery to lead assurance activities across various projects, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliver expected benefits.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month assurance pipeline, scheduling reviews and audits to scrutinize project performance.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including 3rd party audit bodies, to ensure effective oversight and management of audit actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £43,575-£48,438 per annum, based on location and experience.
- A generous pension scheme and discretionary performance-related bonus.
- The opportunity to work remotely, in addition to working in one of our office locations.
- A minimum of 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service, excluding bank holidays.
- Prior experience in project delivery and assurance.
- Significant knowledge of project/programme assurance or internal audit principles.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively.
