We are seeking an experienced Urban Development Specialist to join our Planning team in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to collaborate with Design and Commercial teams on multi-million pound public realm schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaboration and Project Management
  • Utilize P6/Asta Power Project and Microsoft Project proficiently to manage projects effectively.
Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the commercial build sector and for a main contractor.
  • Valid CSCS card.
